Experience a multicultural marketplace at the Fairfield Showgrounds when more than 150 stalls selling clothing, delicious food, jewellery, audio discs, video discs, Islamic books, computer software, show bags and toys will be showcased.
The Multicultural Eid Festival and Fair (MEFF) is a family event that is considered as the largest Muslim gathering in the southern hemisphere. It has attracted more than 30,000 Muslims and non-Muslims. The fair highlights Islamic unity in diversity.
The MEFF has been held annually for 29 years after the Eid-ul-Fitr celebration during the end of the Ramadan fasting month. The event will take place at Fairfield Showground, Smithfield Road, Prairiewood, Sydney on August 18, 2013.
The Multicultural Eid Festival and Fair is a less than thirty-minute drive from our Accommodation in Parramatta NSW.
